Undergraduates

As a truly global company at the forefront of the evolving mobile technology industry, Nokia is a great place to consider for jump-starting your career.

We hire undergraduates with technical degrees in disciplines such as Engineering, Computer Science and Telecommunications. We also need students with degrees in non-technical areas such as Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Communications.

MBA

After completing your hard-earned degree, you're going to be selective about where to start or continue building your career. You're probably searching for a company that unleashes your passions and grows your expertise and leadership capabilities. Nokia just might fit the bill.

Nokia hires students with MBA and relevant Graduate degrees into business groups across the organization. And if you have a strong interest in building an international career, you may want to consider applying to the Nokia Graduate Program.

The Nokia Graduate Program is a rotational program for developing True Nokia Leaders. Employees in this program work in three different assignments over the duration of approximately 18 months. It is likely that you work in at least two different countries during the program. And as a Nokia Graduate, you will have the opportunity to attend special training in order to develop and accelerate your understanding of our business.

Positions in the Nokia Graduate Program are within both technical and non-technical areas, including Research & Development, Strategy & Business Development, Supply Chain, IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Participants in the program rotate to different positions within one of these areas, enabling them to gain breadth and depth of understanding and experience in that area.

After the program ends, you will be in a good position to place yourself in the company and continue growing your career.

PhD

Students with PhD degrees can get hired into our Research Centers around the world.

Internships

Nokia offers internships in the summer timeframe, with some additional opportunities available during the academic school year. Assignments typically range from 3 to 6 months.

As an intern, you will get involved in projects and activities that allow you to apply your academic studies, make a real contribution and build your network of peers and leaders.

Internships are available across business units and in most locations. To be eligible for an internship in the United States, you must be actively seeking a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university and be authorized to work in the U.S.
